The first selection is "Nice Things" (translation below pictures)...
"Nice Things"
Be kind.
and nice.
And be honest.
never hit. or kick.
be helpful.
and help your friends and somebody you do not know.
And do not push if they push you.
never steal something if they steal something that's yours.
never make funny faces at people.
never fight.
do not throw a fit.
if somebody gets hurt then pick them up and take care of them.
play with your friends if they are hurt.
The second selection is a "to-do" list she made (translation below):
1. Make your bed.
2. Make cards.
3. Do jobs.
4. Have ice cream.
5. Say "I love you."
5. Say "I love you."
I just love her little 5 year old "wisdom" about nice things. And I love that in her to-do list she included #4-Have ice cream. I agree that some days that just needs to be a priority! Aren't children wonderful?
